The Opportunity Due to an internal promotional opportunity, we’re looking for a results-driven Store Manager to lead Mitre 10 MEGA Warkworth. Leading a high-performing team – Inspiring and mentoring a team to deliver exceptional customer service and sales results. Ensuring operational excellence – Overseeing merchandising, inventory, HR, health & safety, financials, and store administration. What You’ll Bring Retail leadership – 5+ years of senior retail management experience, preferably in a big-box or large-format environment. Experience in home improvement or related sectors is a plus. Business acumen – A track record of exceeding sales and profit targets while optimizing store operations. People leadership – Proven ability to engage, develop, and inspire a diverse team to create a positive workplace culture. Operational expertise – Strong knowledge of merchandising, stock integrity, sales forecasting, and compliance with NZ employment and health & safety laws.
