Location: Site Location Reporting to: General Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance Management: - Ensure that Textile complies with all local, national, and international regulations relevant to its operations. - Develop and implement compliance policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: - Conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and potential risks to the organization. - Design and implement mitigation strategies to minimize identified risks.
- Policy Development and Implementation: - Formulate and update compliance policies based on regulatory changes and organizational needs. - Ensure policies are communicated effectively across all departments and are understood by employees.
- Employee Training and Awareness: - Organize training sessions to educate employees on compliance requirements and ethical practices. - Develop training materials and resources to increase awareness about regulatory standards.
- Internal Audits and Investigations: - Conduct regular internal audits to monitor adherence to compliance policies. - Investigate compliance violations and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
- Reporting and Documentation: - Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities, risk assessments, and audit findings. - Prepare and present compliance reports to management, highlighting key compliance issues and resolutions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: - Collaborate with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders to ensure full regulatory adherence. - Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and represent Textile in compliance-related matters.
