Customer Support Executive

We are seeking candidates, skilled with excellent English communication for the Customer Care Executive/Security Alarm Operator profile to join our team at Keystone Security Services (I) Pvt. Ltd. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a vigilant and proactive approach to security monitoring and incident response. You will work closely to oversee surveillance systems, monitor live feeds, and promptly respond to security threats or breaches . Key Responsibilities: ● Providing excellent customer service ●Handling inbound and outbound calls ● Monitoring live feeds and customer alarms to detect and respond to potential security threats, suspicious activities, and safety hazards. ● Analyze footage and reports to identify patterns, potential risks, and security vulnerabilities. ● Respond swiftly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, or breaches, taking necessary actions to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel and assets. ●  Collaborate with internal teams and law enforcement authorities to facilitate investigations and support evidence gathering when required . ● Ensuring calls are dealt with by company/client procedures Requirements: ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make swift and accurate decisions under pressure. ● Background in a call center environment (US/UK process preferred)● Excellent attention to detail ● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. ● Flexibility to work in a 24X7 environment. ● High level of integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
