Job Location : Lagos Deadline : February 21, 2025 Quick Recommended Links Position Summary:- We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated Digital Marketing Manager with at least 5 years of experience in digital marketing and a proven track record of leadership. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, and lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
- Develop, implement, and optimize comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition through data-driven marketing campaigns.
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Manage cross-functional communication and alignment to ensure project timelines and objectives are met.
- Oversee paid media campaigns, SEO/SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media strategies.
- Analyze and interpret performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to enhance ROI.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging, on-brand content tailored to target audiences.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms.
- Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and customer engagement using analytics tools.
- Provide detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Establish strong relationships with external vendors and agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on strategy development and execution.
- Proven leadership experience, including team management and independent decision-making.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, HubSpot, and analytics platforms.
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive results.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Certification in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, Facebook Blueprint).
- Experience in B2B marketing.
- Experience marketing SaaS products.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM platforms.
