Job Description The digital landscape continues to evolve at a rapid pace, and Wavetec remains on the cutting edge with innovative solutions that help our clients succeed. We’re looking for a skilled back-end Java developer to join our team of creators consistently raising the bar on user experiences. You should be comfortable working alongside a team as well as independently in the design and development of mission-critical websites, applications, and layers of the infrastructure. Major Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

1. Interface with internal teams, customers, and partners.
2. Get involved at a hands-on level in designing and writing code.
3. Work with the Product team on detailed technical design.
4. Drive detailed definition of feature requirements through discussions with product managers and customers.
5. Work closely with QA to define test plans and test cases for applications.
6. Design and develop the complex features assigned to achieve the Milestone goals.
7. Work in core components for the cloud that includes persistence, meta-data model, object model framework, customization framework, UI frameworks, and integration.
8. Work on solving scalability and performance problems.
