Note: This ad is for the opportunity to build a VC-backed startup in Dubai. We are seeking an experienced CEO or Commercial Leader ready to take the leap into entrepreneurship. If you have a proven track record of building businesses, managing teams, or working as a consultant shaping business strategy, and you're excited about creating disruptive ventures in the vibrant MENAP ecosystem, we want to hear from you! You’ll have the opportunity to do this by leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and create impactful solutions. About You: We are looking for CEOs and Commercial Leaders eager to build the next disruptive tech venture from the ground up. As Co-founders , you will play an instrumental role, primarily responsible for the business side of the venture. You should be a:

Business Leader: You have proven experience in building businesses, managing processes, developing well-thought-out strategies to tackle complex challenges, and leveraging deep industry insights and networks to form strategic partnerships.
Builder & Operator: You know how to run business operations efficiently and excel at building relationships across markets and functions.
Problem Solver: You possess exceptional analytical skills, are adept at breaking down complex issues, and can bring structure to business cases.
Proven Leader: You’ve led teams of developers or technical product managers, guiding them to deliver high-quality results with a clear vision.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: You have the grit, determination, and entrepreneurial spirit needed to build a business that creates meaningful impact.
Have an idea (Optional): You may already have an idea for a problem you're passionate about solving and looking for co-founders who share your vision and values.

The Antler Founder Residency:

The residency runs for 10 weeks , full-time , in-person in Dubai .
During the residency, you will ideate , validate your ideas , and find your co-founder(s) from a cohort of 70-90 founders.
You will have access to functional experts and dedicated coaches that will help you with your problem-market fit.
At the end of the 10 weeks, you will present your business idea to the Antler Investment Committee. If accepted, you will receive a pre-seed investment of $180,000 for 11% equity, and join Antler’s portfolio.
As an Antler portfolio company, you will receive personalized coaching from our partners and access to our global network of advisors and talent to help you scale.
