Job Duties:

1. Planning lessons and activities for students of all ages according to curriculum objectives
2. Organizing learning materials and resources for class activities
3. Maintaining order in the classroom and enforcing school rules
4. Assessing student performance through tests, assignments, and other assessment tools
5. Providing feedback on student progress to parents or guardians

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
2. Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in the relevant field is preferred
3. Excellent command over written and spoken English language
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
5. Knowledgeable about technology used in teaching methods such as Smartboards
6. Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and administration personnel
7. Ability to collaborate with staff members from various departments within the school

Responsibilities:

1. Demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching by creating a positive learning environment
2. Develop course syllabus according to curriculum objectives
3. Create instructional materials such as lesson plans and handouts
4. Assess student performance on a regular basis through tests and assignments
5. Provide feedback on student progress to parents or guardians
6. Organize extracurricular activities for students based on their interests
7. Enforce school rules consistently and fairly
