- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience in the relevant field is preferred
- Excellent command over written and spoken English language
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
- Knowledgeable about technology used in teaching methods such as Smartboards
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and administration personnel
- Ability to collaborate with staff members from various departments within the school
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for teaching by creating a positive learning environment
- Develop course syllabus according to curriculum objectives
- Create instructional materials such as lesson plans and handouts
- Assess student performance on a regular basis through tests and assignments
- Provide feedback on student progress to parents or guardians
- Organize extracurricular activities for students based on their interests
- Enforce school rules consistently and fairly
