Graduate Program – Mastery Program – Sales Associate - Dior
UAE National Graduate Program Christian Dior Couture - Mastery Program Mastery Program: A 12-month Journey to Build Retail Expertise What We Offer:- Comprehensive 12-month training program.
- Hands-on experience in luxury retail.
- Mentorship from industry experts.
- Potential for a permanent sales role upon successful completion.
What You Will Do
- Achieve monthly and annually by using advanced sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
- Responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers in order to build strong loyalty, through regular use of client book.
- Focus on selling and up selling.
- Communicate with customers to assess and satisfy their needs and meet or exceed their expectations.
- Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in terms of cleanliness, display maintenance, and stock rotation, and participate in inventories.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
