We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent. As a recruiter, you are responsible for evaluating and selecting candidates with the right cultural fit and skills. Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees. Job Type: Full time Location: Bangalore. Experience: Minimum 2-4 years as a HR Recruiter Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to understand the latest candidate requirements
- Develop a well-structured recruitment strategy
- Write and post job descriptions on recruitment websites and company portals
- Source qualified candidates from social media, internal databases and different job portals
- Developing own network of suitable candidates by networking with various institutions and social media.
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Analyse a candidate’s capabilities via pre-screening assessments and calls
- Conduct interviews using a variety of methods, like video, in-person, or telephone
- Keep track of applicants at every stage and follow up
- Assist with providing a positive onboarding experience
- A bachelor’s degree in HR or any related field
- Excellent sourcing and evaluation skills
- Exceptional Communication skills, writing skills and interpersonal skills
- Interviewing skills for mid to senior level roles
- Proven experience in building the talent pool via different recruitment platforms and processes for both IT and Non IT roles
- Solid understanding of phone interviews, group interviews, and other interview methods
- People oriented and results driven
- First-hand experience using Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment software
- Good communication and decision-making skills
