Incentive Section Head – TV & Film Production
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (candidates must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi for this role) Salary: AED 45,000 – AED 50,000 + Annual Bonus A leading organisation in the UAE is seeking an experienced Incentive Section Head to manage and develop a strategic Incentives Program designed to attract and retain key partners within the media and entertainment industry. This is a pivotal role for someone passionate about shaping the region’s creative ecosystem, driving economic growth, and fostering innovation in the Film & TV production sector. The Incentive Section Head will lead the design, implementation, and oversight of incentives that promote Abu Dhabi as a global hub for film and TV production. The role involves high-level negotiation, policy advocacy, program evaluation, and team leadership to ensure the success of the initiative. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute incentive frameworks that align with the region’s creative industry goals.
- Lead negotiations with production companies and stakeholders to establish beneficial partnerships.
- Collaborate with government entities and industry leaders to build Abu Dhabi’s reputation as a premier media destination.
- Manage program budgets, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with global best practices.
- Represent the program at industry events and forums to attract new partners.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team to deliver program objectives efficiently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 8+ years of leadership experience in incentive program management, economic development, or media partnerships.
- Strong understanding of the Film & TV production industry.
- Exceptional negotiation, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
