Role Overview We are seeking a Part-Time Telecaller (Female) with strong communication skills to engage with potential clients, generate leads, and assist in building customer relationships. The candidate must have their own valid visa. Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate services and properties.
2. Identify and generate leads through calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
3. Schedule appointments for property viewings and meetings.
4. Work closely with the specific real estate agent to achieve targets and goals.

1. Female candidates with a valid UAE visa (own visa).
2. Fresher welcome; proven experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluent in English (additional languages like Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic are a plus).
5. Strong convincing skills.
6. Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
7. Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage but not mandatory.
