Barista

Barista We are seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team on a temporary basis in Muharraq. As a Barista, your main responsibility will be to prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, taking customer orders, and handling cash transactions. We offer accommodation and visa sponsorship for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to established recipes
2. Ensure consistent quality of drinks by following proper preparation techniques
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
4. Take customer orders and handle cash transactions
5. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner
6. Respond to customer inquiries and address any concerns or complaints
7. Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times

Requirements:

1. Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred
2. Knowledge of coffee brewing methods, latte art, and different types of coffee beans
3. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a positive manner
4. Strong communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are an advantage)
5. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
6. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds comfortably
7. Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
