Position Summary: IT Internal Auditor evaluates and improves the effectiveness of the organization&aposs IT internal controls, risk management, and governance. This role involves auditing IT systems and processes to ensure compliance with policies, legal requirements, and best practices. The auditor collaborates with departments to identify and mitigate IT risks, maintaining a secure and compliant IT environment. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct IT audits on network security, data integrity, governance, and application controls.
Assess IT controls and recommend improvements.
Collaborate with teams to align IT processes with business objectives.
Evaluate compliance with data privacy laws and internal policies.
Review security measures within IT systems to protect data.
Prepare concise audit reports with risks and recommendations.
Plan and execute audits, ensuring timely completion.
Assist in developing internal audit methodologies and tools.
Stay updated on emerging IT trends and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
CISA certification preferred.
Minimum 3 years in IT auditing or risk management.
Strong understanding of IT systems, applications, and networks.
Experience with audit tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of IT control frameworks (e.g., COBIT, ISO 27001).
Familiarity with data privacy laws and compliance standards.
