Python Back End Developer

This role offers the opportunity to work with and learn cutting-edge AI techniques Role Description OFFICE-Based role; not Remote or Hybrid This is a full-time role for a very strong Python Back End Developer. (We are NOT looking for Django developers). As a Back End Developer of serverless components, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the core logic and AI modules, collaborating with the front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the application. You will also be involved in designing and implementing data storage using a polyglot persistence model and optimizing the application for scalability and efficiency. Qualifications (please don't apply if you don't have the following)

• Mandatory: Strong knowledge and minimum 4 years' commercial experience of back-end programming languages ( must excel at Python ) and frameworks that have been deployed in to Production in a globally-known Product/Technology company
• Mandatory : Experience with Sql & NoSql database systems such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Firestore, etc.
• Mandatory : Deep understanding and experience of event-driven serverless architectures and API-enabled integrations with external systems based on in Google Cloud (GCP) or AWS
• Mandatory: Computer Science Bachelors' from a good university with GPA of at least 7.5/10
• Mandatory: Thorough experience of Security & Compliance at multiple levels - background in a regulated industry required
• Mandatory : Office-based role in North Bangalore
• Deep Understanding of code versioning tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows
• Knowledge of security best practices in development including extensive non-functional requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Self-starter and ability to guide and motivate a small high-performing software engineering team
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Availability: must be immediate or with max 2-weeks' notice (if in current role)
