We are a real estate office, offering a fast-paced environment with a focus on Tele Sale, Admin Tasks and Reception work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office.
- Assist with documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
- Coordinate office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
- Strong communication and reception skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Knowledge of filing systems and office organization.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- A positive and proactive attitude.
