We are a real estate office, offering a fast-paced environment with a focus on Tele Sale, Admin Tasks and Reception work.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
  2. Schedule appointments and manage the office.
  3. Assist with documentation, filing, and data entry tasks.
  4. Coordinate office supplies and ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
  5. Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
  2. Strong communication and reception skills.
  3. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
  4. Knowledge of filing systems and office organization.
  5. Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
  6. A positive and proactive attitude.
