Sales Supervisor Dmk Consultancy International, Saudi Arabia The Candidate works at the Sales Depot level and is in charge of a territory controlled by the depot.The Candidate must be aware of all the factors that may affect sales in the territory.The Candidate must understand the local customs and economics of the distribution channel to make decisions for effective stock distribution of products and coverage by the salesmen.Sound knowledge of selling techniques and sales administration processes is required.The Candidate must command the leadership of their sales team to lead them to attain the sales objectives.At least 5 years of relevant experience in the Sales Distribution Industry (Dairy, Multinational food/Beverage) Company with a similar role.Job SpecificationQualifications: At least Graduate, MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience including 2 years of demonstrated track record of field sales, must be in the FMCG industry or preferably in the Dairy Industry.Skills: Strong selling skills, good communication skills in English and Arabic (preferred), excellent presentation skills, strong supervisory skills.AGE: 30-40 years.Genuine Driving Licence Holder (LTV Preferred).
