We can go further for our clients because we go further for each other too.No matter where you work in the Maples Group, you will be part of a global team.The OpportunityWe are looking for an Assistant Vice President - Managing Agent (Aircraft Leasing) to join our Aviation team in our Client Accounting Department as part of our financial services business in Dublin.As part of our Dublin office, you will be performing the following key duties:Deliver high levels of client service while ensuring that each relationship is compliant with internal policies and procedures.Assist with the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports issued to the debt and equity investors on various Aviation ABS structures.Assist with the cash management process on various Aviation ABS structures, such as monthly waterfall preparation, monitoring of cash inflows/outflows, preparation of bank reconciliations, preparation of payment instructions, and bank account monitoring.Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and production of annual financial statements.Ongoing liaison with the company's auditors and tax advisers to assist with annual audits, tax, and other regulatory returns.Assist the team and other service providers with other obligations as required.Act in an oversight capacity on other transactions and mentor members of the team.RequirementsHold a professional accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience, ideally gained in financial services.Strong knowledge of corporate accounting, gained either in a Fiduciary or Audit related business.Experience in accounts preparation.Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients.Benefits & RewardsComprehensive health coverage (medical, dental and optical).Competitive vacation packages.Educational assistance and professional development programmes.Pension plan.Life insurance.Flexible Working Hours.Work from home policy.Travel insurance.Global mental wellness programme.Sports clubs and social events.Over five decades, the Maples Group has grown from modest beginnings into one of the world's preeminent professional services firms, offering specialised fiduciary, fund administration, regulatory and compliance, entity formation and management, and legal services on the laws of the British Virgin Islands, the Cayman Islands, Ireland, Jersey, and Luxembourg.You can learn more about the Maples Group on our corporate website.
