SOC Operation Lead

Job Responsibility:

• Management support to Team & customer
• Single point of contact for customer to drive any topic, project or activity.
• Guide the teams across solution conceptualization, proof of concept, effort estimation, design, development, implementation, go-live, and operation phase.
• Leading team from technical & process perspective
• Maintain KPI and SLA management.
• Ensure continuous improvement in processes & Service standard.
• Provide report to customer about any improvement area in customer’s infrastructure and realization of same with customer.
• Ensure to have proper documentation in each domain & regular updating of same
• Regular meetings with customer, team & stakeholders on concerned topic
• Leading weekly, monthly & quarterly meetings with stakeholders
• Preparation & sharing of various reports to customer & management.
• Attrition control & driving hiring activity with Hiring team & customer.

• Strong technical experience in Cybersecurity domains like CSIRT, Secops/devops, Vulnerability management, Pentesting etc.
• Must have Security mindset.
• Project management skill
• Must have lead team of 10+ members.

• Good to have knowledge on automation script to automate regular tasks.
