Sr. Director of HR Operations and Corporate Culture is responsible for overseeing employee services, directing payroll and benefits management, supervising updates to the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and employee records, managing employee relations, and fostering a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities: • Contribute to the development of the HR strategic plan in alignment with the organization’s guidelines and strategy. • Participate in preparing the annual budget for HR operations and corporate culture, ensuring effective utilization based on plans and needs. • Measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress toward HR and cultural goals, and prepare relevant reports for stakeholders. • Develop the annual HR and corporate culture operational plan in line with the strategic plan and monitor its implementation. • Develop or update HR and corporate culture policies, procedures, and processes covering all areas of activity. • Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and guidelines in work execution and Service Level Agreements (if applicable). • Follow up on escalated cases from the team to ensure effective and timely resolution. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in systems and processes, considering best practices and changes in the business environment. • Prepare necessary periodic reports. • Oversee onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring a motivating and efficient start in collaboration with their departments. • Address employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on approved policies, procedures, and best practices. • Manage services and/or documentation to meet employee needs. • Ensure proper execution of offboarding procedures according to approved policies. • Maintain and periodically update the organization’s payroll system by ensuring accurate and up-to-date employee records. • Review employee attendance and leave records, verify monthly payrolls, and ensure record accuracy. • Ensure proper documentation of benefits-related payments and adjust payrolls accordingly. • Oversee the provision of employee insurance policies offered by the organization. • Ensure end-of-service payments comply with approved policies and procedures. • Oversee the process of setting up new employee bank accounts and securing required documents. • Manage the registration and deregistration of employees with social insurance. • Supervise updates to the HRIS and ensure accurate and current employee records and documentation for both new and existing employees. • Manage the development of a flexible and effective HR dashboard linked to the HRIS, providing department heads and senior management with updated HR information in user-friendly formats. • Issue periodic and annual HR-related reports. • Oversee the archiving of employee files and records, ensuring easy and quick electronic access for HR teams and department heads to support effective decision-making. • Manage employee complaint and grievance requests, ensuring efficient and effective resolution to enhance job satisfaction and maintain a safe work environment. • Develop and implement programs to improve the work environment, motivate employees, and enhance organizational benefits. • Ensure the preparation and continuous updating of the code of conduct and workplace rules in line with changes. • Oversee internal communication channels to enhance interaction between departments and keep employees updated on HR-related developments. • Plan, organize, and manage events for employees to foster relationships, communication, and a healthy, attractive work environment. • Manage awareness workshops targeting the organization’s employees. • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires in collaboration with relevant departments. • Maintain and build relationships with government entities (e.g., embassies and ministries) to facilitate governmental processes. • Build strong external stakeholder relationships (e.g., government bodies, media, consultants) to serve the organization’s goals. • Guide and support the HR operations and corporate culture team, providing on-the-job mentoring and coaching as part of their continuous development. • Ensure knowledge transfer within the team. • Participate in identifying key competencies, recruiting, and ensuring team qualifications through hiring and development. • Monitor the job performance of the HR operations and corporate culture team, providing regular formal and informal feedback. • Delegate tasks effectively to foster a performance-based culture and enhance employee engagement and motivation. As for the Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. • Master’s degree is Preferred.
