Systems Analyst

Position: Systems Analyst Location: Galway Type: Hybrid (1 week a month in office) Salary: 400-470 per day. Requirements: Must have either a Stamp 4, Stamp 1G spousal visa, EU or UK passport. Experience: 5+ years’ experience as a Systems Analyst, must have Agile experience.

Responsibilities:

• Experience with Agile methodologies, requirements solicitation, User Story generation.
• Innovative problem solver and team player.
• Able to work under minimum supervision with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Ability to navigate through uncertainty.
• Partner with squad lead and delivery team to meet customer needs.
• Capturing and documenting requirements and solutions.
• Resolve issues and/or identify approaches to solutions.
• Promote Agile development practices.
• Communicate progress to stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Qualifications: Expert knowledge and experience of taking complex features and breaking them into clear and concise stories with well-defined business value and acceptance criteria; Experience with minimum viable product definition and product backlog management; Ability to comprehend and articulate end-to-end system workflows; Strong contributor with a collaborative work style; Ability to manage competing priorities and communicate impediments appropriately; Ability to establish and maintain trusted relationships with business partners and technology; Comfortable having trade-off conversations with business partners; Experience working with QA and customer-facing resources on test scenarios; Experience detecting scope changes and escalation of issues; Effective management of project-related tasks and issues.
