Role of a Healthcare Assistant Assisting clients with personal care and daily activities. Responsible for monitoring clients' health and wellbeing and implementing tasks in their Care plan. The qualities of a Healthcare Assistant include the ability to deliver a high standard of care and support to clients and their families, demonstrating kindness, compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills. 1. QQI Level 5 Certification in Healthcare or obtained Care Skills and Care of the Older Person.
2. Previous experience working as a health care professional preferred but not required.
3. Must have a valid driving licence and access to a car.
4. Eligibility to work in the Republic of Ireland without visa sponsorship.
5. Mandatory certifications up to date.
6. Fluent in English.
