Our engineering client, in Dublin West, has an exciting requirement for a HR Information System Implementation Manager, for a 6-month contract, working fully onsite. The successful candidate will lead the implementation of a new HR Information System, ensuring the systems integration with business processes and systems efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES REQUIRED *Analyse organisational needs and design relevant HRIS solutions *Ensure data accuracy and integrity, and project milestones are met. *Develop and maintain a project plan for the system implementation. *Work closely with all key business department, including HR, IT and other departments for the HRIS implementation *Scope out best practice HR processes aligned with business needs *Ensure the system integrates seamlessly with other existing systems *Plan the migration of existing HR data. *Develop and deliver training programmes for users. *Create user manuals and related documentation. *Monitor system performance and user feedback *Maintain highest levels of security confidentiality. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED *Relevant degree Human Resources Qualification preferably *5+ years related experience, with proficiency in HRIS platforms and project management methodology *Strong project management skills *Excellent communication and people skills *Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities For further information please contact Maryclaire Booth or Skills: HRIS HR Systems Change Management
