Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will be based in Head Office at Parkwest Business Park. Thorntons Recycling has a number of facilities, and the successful candidate will be required to provide HR support assistance to managers and employees across all facilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Filing, scanning HR records to HR System.
- Managing new starter process, Inductions, contracts, work permits etc.
- Respond to general staff & management HR queries.
- Handle all employee matters consistently in line with company values with an emphasis on sensitivity and confidentiality.
- Co-ordinate & support recruitment activities as required – placing advertisements, screening CVs, arranging and confirming interviews etc.
- Payroll – Liaison between Payroll and HR to ensure that updates are communicated.
