Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to lead and optimize the delivery of consulting services for offshoring projects. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, coordinating cross-border teams, and ensuring seamless execution of offshoring strategies. This position requires a strong background in consulting, service delivery, and global outsourcing/offshoring models. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the delivery of offshoring consulting services, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agreed timelines.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
  3. Oversee the implementation of offshoring solutions, including resource management, process transitions, and service optimization.
  4. Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and other performance metrics, driving excellence in service delivery.
  5. Collaborate with cross-border teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and efficient delivery of services.
  6. Identify risks and challenges in offshoring projects and implement mitigation strategies to ensure client satisfaction.
  7. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, recommending best practices and innovative approaches for offshoring solutions.
  8. Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients and senior management.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  2. Proven experience (3+ years) in service delivery management within the offshoring or outsourcing consulting space.
  3. Deep understanding of offshoring models, cross-border collaboration, and consulting frameworks.
  4. Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects effectively.
  6. Familiarity with service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus.
  7. Experience working with multinational teams and managing cultural diversity is preferred.
