- Oversee the development and implementation of strategic plans across various departments.
- Ensure effective management of human resources, including talent acquisition, development, and retention.
- Drive IT initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support the delivery of academic programs.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:- A proven track record in a senior leadership position within an academic institution.
- Strong understanding of finance and administrative operations, with experience in budget planning and management.
- Excellent strategic planning and organizational skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
