Job Responsibilities: Creative Vision and Concept Development: Lead the creative direction for various projects (e.g., branding, marketing campaigns, and digital content) ensuring alignment with the client's objectives and the company’s vision. Team Leadership and Collaboration: Manage and guide a team of designers, illustrators, and other creatives. Oversee the production of designs while ensuring that team members are motivated, meet deadlines, and maintain a high standard of work. Client Relationship Management: Collaborate directly with clients to understand their vision, provide design solutions, and make strategic decisions that align with client goals. Present creative concepts and get approval for the final designs. Quality Control and Final Output: Review all creative work, ensuring it aligns with the brand identity, is error-free, and adheres to project specifications. Ensure designs meet production and digital requirements across various media platforms. Project Management: Oversee the execution of projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Job Requirements and Skills: Advanced Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Leadership Experience: 8+ years in creative roles, with at least 4 years in a senior position. Communication Skills: Strong ability to present and explain creative concepts to clients and teams. Creative Problem-Solving: Innovate and adapt designs to meet client needs and market trends.
