IT & ELV Sales Telemarketing services specialized fields that involve selling or promoting information technology and extra-low voltage systems to potential customers. A job description for this role may include the following responsibilities and skills:
Responsibilities:
- Cold calling or emailing prospects to introduce the company’s IT & ELV solutions and generate leads
- Following up with leads and scheduling appointments for sales representatives or engineers
- Providing information and answering questions about the features, benefits, and pricing of the company’s IT & ELV products or services
- Maintaining records of contacts, sales, and feedback in a CRM system
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance indicators
- Collaborating with the sales and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Staying updated on the latest trends and developments in the IT & ELV industry
Qualifications:
- Having a strong knowledge of IT & ELV systems, such as network infrastructure, security, CCTV, access control, etc.
- Having excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Having a professional and courteous manner and a customer-oriented attitude
- Having a diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in IT, engineering, or related fields is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Telesales: 2 years (Preferred)
