Position OverviewWe are hiring for a Director, Treasury Operations EMEA. This role will report to the Senior Director, Treasury Operations, and be responsible for leading the Treasury Operations in the EMEA region. The primary focus will be on operational treasury activities including E2E bank account management, cash flow forecasting, cash management, transactional banking, and In-House Bank processes. This team is a key strategic partner for our center Corporate Treasury team.In addition, the role supports the Cash and Bank processes carried out by our Managed Service Provider (Genpact), and will lead process improvement initiatives in partnership with them, the wider FH Treasury Ops team, and Corporate Treasury.What You'll Do For UsLead an EMEA based Treasury Operations team.Support the free cash flow initiative and help drive improvements in this space. Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to develop data and business-driven insights.Collaborate across the organization to improve forecasting and insights in this area - FP&A, OU Finance, CPS Finance, Controllers Group, Corporate Treasury, etc.Manage daily cash liquidity, cash flow forecasting RE/BP, and interest income forecasting, for the EMEA region.Support Corporate Treasury with strategic transactions, and our Operating Units with banking infrastructure for new business models.Coordinate the preparation of annual, quarterly, or monthly information for Corporate Headquarters, Business Units and countries as needed, including Central Bank and Tax Authority Reporting.In partnership with the Managed Service Provider (Genpact), identify opportunities to standardize and simplify processing and reporting activities under their service scope. Lead discussions with stakeholders where needed to implement prioritized initiatives.Manage the relationship with regional bank executives, client service officers, to perform different operations, controlling 400+ bank accounts with multiple different institutions across EMEA.Bank account Governance: Access management and revision of all electronic banking platforms. Compliance of KYC & AML policies with banking institutions and bi-annual BIR Compliance Certification.Manage other processes including bank guarantees, RFA/RFFs, balance sheet reconciliations, and audit processes.Conduct routine and ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario planning.Lead initiatives to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance Hub.Interact and develop relationships with teams and leaders across the company.Comfortably support simultaneous and varied projects, deliverables, priorities, and expanded scope as needed.KEY SUCCESS PARAMETERSQualifications & RequirementsMinimum of 7 years of experience in finance or a related role in a multi-national company with a global footprint. Preferably experience in working across different cultures and time zones.Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required; MBA, other advanced degrees, CPA, or CFA is a plus.In-depth knowledge of banking, payments, and corporate treasury processes & responsibilities.Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.Strong understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis techniques.Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into insights.Experience with financial software tools including SAP, Hyperion, and Reval, an advantage.Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, English language fluency, global thinking, effective communication, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and risk management.What We Can Do For YouLeadership Development: Our Company's purpose clearly speaks to the importance of leadership.
