Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil EngineeringExperience: 8 - 15 years of experience.Job SpecificationRoles & Responsibilities:Review the client's enquiry package to fully address the potential work scope.Prepare information for internal and subcontractor pricing requests.Preparation of detailed material take-off data.Calculation of direct and indirect man hours and costs, material costs, site establishment costs and plant costs.Prepare information for planning purposes.Prepare tender summary data for final panel meetings / management review.Attend job explanation meetings, site visits, post tender clarification and negotiation meetings as appropriate.Location: Information Technology and Services - Rawalpindi, Pakistan
