About the Role We are looking for a qualified and motivated individual to join our team in providing exceptional solutions to enhance business productivity. You will be responsible for providing support, documentation, testing, training, and implementation services to the business stakeholders. To be successful in this application, you will need to demonstrate your end-to-end functional knowledge of the Pronto Enterprise Resource Planning system and associated business processes. Duties & Responsibilities Pronto ERP system administration, support, and maintenance. Communication to all levels of the business. Adherence and understanding of internal processes such as change management, version control, and coding conventions. Test new software functions and provide quality assurance testing on existing software. Produce documentation for software enhancements, and Work Instructions for the team and end users. Drive system implementation projects through to completion. Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail. Demonstrate skills in business requirements gathering through workshops and key stakeholder engagement. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work both autonomously and within a high-performing team. Willingness to engage all learner types and levels. An appreciation of both IT & Business strategy. Have an eye for process improvement, to take responsibility with a 'can do' attitude. Preferred Skills & Experience Over 6 years' experience in Pronto ERP projects and implementations. Experience in the mining industry. Ability to work with MS Excel to extract, interpret, and present data. Exposure to Business Intelligence tools (TM1, Cognos, Power BI). Experience writing SQL/ODBC queries for data extraction and manipulation. Familiarity with the 4 GL programming language. Tertiary qualification in IT, Business, Statistics, or similar. Professionally presented and articulate. Experience in a similar or complementary role to this position.
