FP&A Accountant

Oliver James have partnered with a global life insurance company to recruit for a FP&A Accountant to join their finance team based in Dublin City. You will be commercially minded and support the Head of FP&A amongst other senior stakeholders and decision makers with analysing the financial performance of the business. Other key tasks are outlined below; Play a key role in the forecasting, budgeting and planning for the business, partnering with the key stakeholders to ensure there is a clear business plan. You will hold a key role in the transformation of the finance function helping to shape the future of the finance team. Assist with the cost accountability across the business through the planning, reporting and active business partnering. Support with ongoing projects. Key Requirements; Qualified Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in Insurance (Financial Services experience will also be strongly considered). Commercially minded with experience working as part of a finance team. Must be willing to work with senior stakeholders of the business and be able to communicate on complex financial concepts.
