- Install and maintain audio visual equipment including display devices, projectors, televisions, camera systems, video teleconferencing systems (VTC), microphones, and speakers.
- Provide excellent equipment services to meet client expectations.
- Perform equipment storage and transportation activities in a safe and secure manner.
- Perform inventory management of equipment, wirings, and accessories to avoid any shortages.
- Setup and operate audio visual equipment for trainings, presentations, meetings, and conferences.
- Perform equipment additions, removals, repairs, replacements, and inspections.
- Test equipment to ensure they are in good and safe working conditions.
- Proficient in A/V repair and maintenance plus basic knowledge of one other building operations skill set.
- The ability to use all general repair tools, read shop drawings and specifications, and make rough estimates of required materials.
- The ability to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
- A creative, practical, and pro-active approach to problem solving.
- An energetic and dynamic personality.
- Diploma in Electronics, related technical or trades certification.
- At least 2 years’ experience as a service technician, preferably in the hospitality.
