Subject line: Business Development Executive and Podcast Host Role Overview: We are seeking a versatile and proactive female to join our team as a Podcast Host and Sales Associate. In this role, you will wear multiple hats, including hosting podcast episodes, identifying potential guests, conducting sales calls, and engaging with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for podcasting and relationship building. Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute targeted lead-generation strategies to engage prospects through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and industry forums.
- Utilize CRM tools to track lead generation activities, maintain lead databases, and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
- Identify and target potential clients and leads through research and prospecting.
- Conduct outreach to prospects via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce our services and offerings.
- Schedule and conduct sales calls to qualify leads, understand their needs, and present relevant solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and drive conversions.
- Lead podcast episodes as the primary host, guiding discussions and conducting interviews.
- Identify and invite potential guests to appear on the podcast, conducting outreach and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare for interviews by researching guests' backgrounds and areas of expertise.
- Ensure high-quality content delivery and engage listeners through compelling storytelling.
- Coordinate podcast recording schedules, ensuring seamless communication with guests and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct pre-interview briefings with podcast guests to outline discussion topics and ensure a smooth recording process.
- Cultivate strong relationships with entrepreneurs, founders, and industry influencers to expand Techificent's network and enhance brand visibility.
- Act as the primary point of contact for podcast guests, providing excellent customer service and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, preferably in the media or podcasting industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strong sales acumen with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Passion for podcasting, storytelling, and content creation, with a keen interest in staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, guests, and internal stakeholders.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant sales and marketing tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for lead generation and content creation.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a willingness to take initiative.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities as needed.
- Experience in podcast hosting or media production is a plus.
