• To supervise team in selling/promoting Credit Cards & Aeon Member Plus Card products.
• To assist manager in planning marketing strategies, campaigns, and key initiatives for the direct sales team.
• To ensure direct sales budget is met and to be responsible for ensuring the region is profit-oriented.
• To assist manager in recruiting the direct sales team and to be involved in the recruitment process of direct sales staff.
• To monitor and review the team's sales productivity and progress.
• To conduct post-mortem reviews on past strategies and campaigns of the direct sales team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Marketing or a related field.
• 3-4 years direct experience in a Direct Sales Team.
• Capable of working independently and in a team, with flexibility to work in a fast-paced, lean environment.
• Proven track record of developing and coaching high performance.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Mature thinking.
