General Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in finance transformation
• CA/ CMA/ MBA Finance
• Only immediate joiners

• Strong expertise in BlackLine implementations and process design including:
• Proven skills in Balance Sheet Assessment, Matching, and Journal Entry processes
• Configuring complex solutions including matching rules, reconciliations, and workflows

• Experience in conducting diagnostic and discovery on finance process areas to identify optimization opportunities
• Experience in driving global design workshops
• Experience in managing large-scale finance transformation projects
• Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering high-quality results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in data analytics and advanced data analytical tools
• Experience with cloud-based finance solutions
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in finance
• Ability to adapt to different industries and remain current on economic developments
