Inside Sales Executive/Assistant Manager - Individual Learning Services (North America Region- Shift Timings Eastern to Pacific Hours) Responsibilities

  • Driving 8-10 appointment/meetings for onsite sales director or vice president with the learning and development(L&D), IT Head, CIO, CDO, CTOs of various Enterprise clients.
  • Lead generation through cold-calls , LinkedIn, Social media or through other channels. Generate opportunities for B2B/Enterprise learning services.
  • Sell IT training and certification programs to individuals and corporate customers over the phone
  • Responsible for the open/public classes of certification courses in technologies such as Agile and Scrum, Big Data and Data Science, AI & ML, Cloud and DevOps to individuals across the globe.
  • Promote monthly/quarterly training calendar on various social media platforms
  • Actively prospect In-bound & Outbound leads from various digital and organic marketing channels and build sales pipeline for various training courses.
  • Market online learning and certificate programs to individuals, India & International
  • Generate and manage database/leads of qualified individuals for various programs offered
  • Preparing MIS reports , training roster, client feedback and other logistics.
  • Expected to work as per business hours of the respective country/territory (US- Evening shifts from 7 pm – 4 Am)
  • 9 hours per hour working policy with 5 days working (weekends off)
Experience/Skills
  • 2-5 years’ experience in telephone sales preferably from the EdTech Industry
  • Prior experience in selling IT training/education/certification courses in USA/Europe or International markets
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills is a must
  • Strong Negotiation & Influencing Skills
  • Prior experience with corporate customers will be an advantage
  • Experience in lead generation, market research and qualification to unearth new opportunities.
  • Prior experience selling IT certification solutions is preferable
