Role Overview: The CEO of ABES E-COM LLP will be responsible for leading the company’s vision, strategy, and execution to drive exponential growth in India’s e-commerce export sector . The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in scaling businesses, global trade, and digital commerce . The CEO will be expected to make data-driven decisions, build high-performance teams, and strengthen ABES’s position as a leader in global e-commerce acceleration. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute ABES’s long-term growth strategy to establish India as an export hub in the next five years .
• Oversee end-to-end operations , including branding, logistics, marketing, and marketplace expansion .
• Drive strategic partnerships with international marketplaces like Amazon USA, Walmart, Shopify, and other global e-commerce platforms .
• Lead fundraising, investments, and financial planning to support expansion and optimize profitability.
• Innovate and implement AI-driven e-commerce strategies to maximize sales and profit margins (50-70%) .
• Expand and manage ABES’s network of 500+ USA-based influencers for brand positioning and scaling.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of 25+ industry experts across e-commerce, marketing, and logistics.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, risk assessment, and data security for international trade and operations.
