Job Title: Client Service Representative Location: Mumbai (Dahisar) Report to: upendrra28@gmail.com Department: Customer Service / Client Relations Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated Client Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain strong relationships. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve client issues and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support new client onboarding and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Ensure accurate client records and communication logs are maintained.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and deliver high-quality service.
- Provide clients with product/service information and guidance.
- Collect and report client feedback to improve service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a client service role.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
