PERSONAL DRIVER TO CEO

Job Title: Personal Driver to CEO Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam Company: Smart Tech Tank Sdn Bhd Reports To: Chief Executive Officer Salary Range: RM2500 - RM3500 Working Day: 6 Days Per week. (Leave will discuss) Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced and trustworthy CEO driver to provide executive transportation services. The driver will be responsible for ensuring the CEO arrives at appointments, meetings, and other events on time and in a safe, comfortable manner. Also will manage personal requests such as family matters. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the CEO to various locations, including business meetings, conferences, and events.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and fully fueled.
• Plan and map routes to optimize time and efficiency.
• Handle any other transportation needs for the CEO, including scheduling and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Be available for emergency driving or schedule changes.
• Assist with carrying and organizing documents, luggage, or other items as needed.

• Proven experience as a personal driver or executive chauffeur.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
• Discretion and confidentiality are a must.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to a changing schedule.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Availability to work outside of regular hours if required.
• Good personality.

• Experience working with C-suite executives.
• Familiarity with luxury vehicles or high-end car models.
• Ability to assist with light administrative tasks.
