Our client is a leading provider of end-to-end eCommerce and omnichannel solutions. Their solutions support brand-owned websites, omnichannel strategies, retail store connectivity, and marketplace integrations, ensuring a streamlined and efficient approach to digital commerce. Location: Bangalore Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of 10+ professionals across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and other financial functions, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Establish a Center of Excellence (COE) for finance operations, driving process standardization and scalability.
  • Ensure seamless financial service delivery with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, spearheading initiatives to enhance productivity and streamline workflows.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including marketplace partners and brand representatives.
  • Oversee financial reporting, performance tracking, and policy implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation, leveraging technology to drive cost efficiencies and operational accuracy.
  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management frameworks.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA from a leading business school.
  • 10+ years of experience in finance operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Background in finance operations within COE, E-commerce, Direct-to-Consumer (D2C), Travel, or Logistics industries.
  • Proven experience in leading teams of 10 or more professionals, with a track record of driving performance and process improvements.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce financial policies, operational finance best practices, and business process optimization.
  • Analytical mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Outstanding leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage across all levels of the organization.
