Job Description: CRO Executive Position: Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) Executive Department: Operations Location: Hisar, Bhiwani, Hansi Reporting To: Branch Manager/Operations Manager Job Overview: The CRO Executive will play a key role in managing customer onboarding, account opening, loan disbursement, and collection processes. This individual will ensure smooth execution of all financial services while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Account Opening:
  • Assist customers in the process of opening bank accounts on behalf of the NBFC.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents required for account opening.
  • Coordinate with partner banks to streamline the account creation process.
  1. Loan Disbursement and Collection:
  • Facilitate the disbursement of the 24-hour short-term loan product (5,000 INR) during the account opening process.
  • Collect repayments from customers as per the loan terms within the stipulated time frame.
  • Maintain detailed records of disbursements and collections, ensuring timely updates in the system.
  1. File Sourcing for Lower Interest Loans:
  • Identify and source customer files for loans at lower interest rates in line with company tie-ups and policies.
  • Collaborate with partner banks to secure competitive loan terms for customers.
  • Ensure that sourced files meet company eligibility criteria and risk management guidelines.
  1. Documentation and Process Support:
  • Assist customers in completing loan documentation for NBFC loan products.
  • Guide customers through the entire loan disbursement process, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely submission of all required documents to the relevant departments.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate in Business, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience: 1-3 years in banking, NBFCs, or financial services (experience in customer relationship management is a plus).
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of banking operations and loan disbursement processes .
  • Ability to handle cash collections and maintain accurate records.
  • Basic knowledge of loan sourcing , account management, and financial products.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and digital financial platforms.
Performance Metrics:
  • Number of bank accounts opened.
  • Timely and accurate loan disbursement.
  • Collection efficiency within the 24-hour product.
  • Successful sourcing of loan files for lower interest rates.
  • Customer satisfaction and feedback.
