Qualification: Postgraduate/ Graduate with additional qualification in Marketing/ Events would be an added advantage. Experience: Minimum of 8-12 years of experience in event management industry. Who We Are Looking For The ideal candidate will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships, ensuring a successful business pitch with closure of events, and driving business growth. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the successful execution of events and brand activations, ensuring alignment with client goals and expectations.
- Manage multiple client accounts and develop strategies for seamless event execution.
- To work with clients and understand their event requirements, objectives and develop customized event solutions to meet their needs.
- Responsibilities include client relationship management, event planning, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Provide regular updates, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality results.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure successful submission of the business proposal as per client needs.
- Maintain accurate event records and client files.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to handle under pressure and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
