To know more about Lowe's India, visit Lowes.co.in About the Team The team focuses on Provide the customer the most compelling Direct To Customer experience in home improvement by developing and maintaining a strong vendor network and supplier partnership within the Digital Commerce space. Job Summary: The Team Lead, Marketplace Management is responsible a team of analysts, tasked with onboarding new sellers and items onto Lowes.com and maintaining the relationship with the seller post onboarding. This will include monitoring performance, conducting business reviews, identifying opportunities for improvement and triaging issues that arise. Shortlisted resource will also be responsible to drive process/project improvements to existing processes and be the business SME. Primary scope of responsibility of the Team Lead and his/her team will be for a segment of the marketplace business, defined by BA/MDV or volume. Roles & Responsibilities: Provide onboarding support to welcome sellers onto lowes.com, shepherding them through all set-up steps/activities on DSCO/Rithum/Mirakl and other seller platforms as necessary. Ensure all the appropriate seller information/ item attributes are captured, verified and uploaded to ensure sellers and products are listed and meet the necessary guardrails, aligned to Lowe’s data quality guidelines

  • Maintain and organize seller-related documents, follow-up as necessary.
  • Work with leadership to conceptualize, design, develop and execute processes for the Seller and Item onboarding activities.
  • Regularly interface and consult with sellers, troubleshooting set-up issues to aid in successfully onboarding items into the marketplace
  • In partnership with Trust & Safety and Seller Operations teams, ensure seller standards are defined and upheld
  • Implement technical rules and other processes within the seller management tools to automate aspects of the function
  • Responsible for volume management for team, using ticketing systems, email or assigned systems.
  • Holds team accountable for meeting or exceeding expectations by managing milestones and deliverables and coordinating team activities.
  • Meet or exceed key results (financial, operational and customer) related to digital third-party sellers through collaborative improvement
Years of Experience:
  • Min 8+ Years relevant experience in online/retail merchandising, digital business, operations
  • 2+ years’ leadership experience with direct or indirect report responsibility and managing 1-2 cross-functional teams/resources
  • 8 - 12 Years of overall experience
Primary Skills (must have)
  • Experience with digital or marketplace or category merchandising
  • Highly Detail-oriented with strong operational mindset
  • Proven Expertise in third-party assortment management, data quality methodology/guidelines
  • Experience with third party marketplace systems such as DSCO/Rithum/Mirakl etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to converse with US based sellers via email, phone, teams calls(to be evaluated)
  • Leadership experience with direct report responsibility and managing cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with Excel and other data/reporting tools
