About the Role

We are seeking three highly skilled Senior Consultants to lead the implementation and certification of an ISO 41001:2018 compliant Facility Management System (FMS) across our client's various locations. This critical role involves extensive collaboration with internal teams and the Project Manager to ensure effective integration of facility management standards and achieving strategic alignment with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Guide and support the implementation of ISO 41001:2018 standards across all aspects of facility management.
Develop and oversee the documentation of all FMS processes, ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
Conduct detailed gap analyses and risk assessments to align existing practices with ISO 41001 requirements.
Design and deliver tailored training programs to enhance staff understanding and execution of facility management practices.
Facilitate the development of facility management KPIs and monitoring systems.
Lead internal audits, support external certification processes, and ensure continual improvement of management systems.

Qualifications

Over 10 years of proven experience in facilities management and consulting on ISO management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 41001).
Strong background in HSE, quality management, and substantial experience in the automotive or manufacturing industries.
Advanced degree in Facilities Management or related field; ISO 41001 Lead Auditor certification is essential.
Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with LEED certification processes and integration.
Proficient in the use of facilities management software and tools.
Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental management within large-scale operations.

Pay range and compensation package

From $7500 to $12500 as Monthly Salary, based on experience.
