You'll be leading a small team of HR generalists and working closely with the HR Director to continue to build upon what has already been established. What you'll focus on : Culture : Keep building on what's already been created - it's all about employee engagement! Team Leadership : Guide and mentor your HR team. Strategy : Help shape the future of HR. Employee Relations : Support your team around those trickier ER / IR issues (though thankfully, there's not many!). Suited to : You've got solid HR experience and have led a team before and are experienced in creating HR strategy. You're a strategic thinker who can also roll up your sleeves. Experience with a blue-collar workforce is a big plus. Most importantly, you're passionate about people and creating a great place to work.
