- Overview: The Oracle Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and documenting business needs and translating them into technical requirements using Oracle solutions. They contribute to improving business processes by supporting the development and implementation of various Oracle applications. The role serves as a liaison between the IT team and business stakeholders to ensure that the technical solutions meet business needs. - Responsibilities:

Business Needs Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements from various departments and stakeholders. Translate business needs into technical specifications. Study and analyze current processes and recommend improvements using Oracle solutions.
Technical Solutions Management: Design Oracle-based solutions that align with business needs. Document processes and technical solutions comprehensively. Assist in preparing functional and technical analysis documents.
Implementation and Technical Support: Participate in the configuration and deployment of Oracle solutions in the operational environment. Test technical solutions and ensure the quality of applications before deployment. Provide technical support and training to users to ensure full understanding of the new system.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with IT teams and developers to ensure the proper execution of business requirements. Work closely with management and users to understand business challenges and offer appropriate solutions.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare periodic reports for performance and business process analysis. Monitor project progress and ensure that agreed objectives are met.
Process Improvement: Review and develop current business processes to streamline and enhance their efficiency. Propose new solutions or modifications to existing solutions based on evolving business requirements.

- Requirements:

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis or a similar role. Experience working with Oracle ERP systems (such as Oracle Financials, Oracle SCM, Oracle HRMS).
Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams. Organizational and project management skills. In-depth knowledge of Oracle and ERP systems.
