Business Analytics for New Seller Hub, Seller Marketing LATAM

The Seller Marketing LATAM team is building a team to accelerate new seller acquisition through the outbound channel. You will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within this new team. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that will optimize the performance of our marketing strategies and outbound lead cell to accelerate new seller acquisition. The Outbound Lead cell will convert leads into Amazon sellers by engaging leads and helping them through registration, verification, and listing processes with a team of specialists for a high-volume, lead engagement environment for Brazil. To ensure the team's success, you will build dashboards to monitor activities and pipeline; monitor calls and other engagement channels to improve conversion and response times; identify training opportunities; and make recommendations that include business insights and process improvements among other initiatives. Key job responsibilities:
  1. Build dashboards and reports to monitor activities and pipeline for lead conversion.
  2. Monitor calls and other engagement channels to improve conversion and response times.
  3. Identify opportunities and make recommendations that include business insights and process improvements.
  4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns across different channels.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product to align analytics efforts with overall business goals.
  6. Run experimentation to learn and improve results.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  1. 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  2. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  3. Experience in a marketing role.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.).
  2. Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges.
