1. Diagnose, repair and test electrical home appliances
2. Attend to customers on service-related issues
3. Complete any assigned tasks

What are the requirements to apply?

1. Minimum 1 year working experience in servicing/repairing
2. Knowledge in technical field and willingness to communicate with customers are required
3. Experience in customer service is strongly preferred
4. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
5. Preferred skill(s): MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
6. Must maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
7. Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills

What are the working hours? Monday-Friday (9:30am-6:30pm), Saturday (9:30am-1:00pm) Where will I be working at?
