Job overview and responsibilities As part of the Airport Experience team, this individual will work very closely to support and enhance various applications that help serve millions of customers at the airport. The Manager will apply proven technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, resolve issues, and find opportunities for improvement.

1. Production support.
2. Continuously monitor application performance, availability, and security using tools like Dynatrace and Datadog or Prometheus, Grafana.
3. Lead the design, development, and planning for solutions and technology standards to solve complex business and IT problems.
4. Respond and troubleshoot incidents created in Incident management tools like Service Now.
5. Implement proactive monitoring alerts and detect issues before they impact business users.
6. Actively participate in production incident calls and quickly restore services to minimize impact for business users.
7. Perform root cause analysis and take preventive measures.
8. Maintain Knowledge base articles and update incident response documentation.
9. Feature development and defect fixing of enterprise applications.
10. Embed reliability in the software lifecycle coordinating with other developers.
11. Create Dashboards and metrics to check overall health of crucial business functions of the enterprise applications.
12. Implement guardrails to prevent system/common failures.
13. Hands-on development, support, and troubleshooting of software systems as required, optimizing performance, resolving problems, and providing follow-up on all issues and solutions.
14. Participate in code reviews of peer developers.
15. Responsible for communication of progress to senior IT and Business leadership.
16. Guide other team members to adhere to best coding practices and methodologies.
17. Coordinate with other internal teams for troubleshooting and resolution of any application issues.
18. Responsible for software development during the design/build phases of the SDLC.
19. Perform as technical lead on development and support projects.
20. Participate in software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
21. Responsible for making sure in-progress builds follow the approved designs.
22. Provide support to the engineers and architects during design, implementation, and operationalization at airports.
23. Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and provide updates.
24. Demonstrate knowledge of software engineering best practices such as version controlling, software packaging, and software release management.
25. Task Planning, delivery tracking, reporting.
26. Develop, support, and troubleshoot software systems as required, help optimize performance, analyze & resolve problems, and provide follow-up on all issues and solutions according to the ITSM practices.
27. Coordination with other enterprise teams.
28. Resource Management, onboarding, continuous learning.
29. Apply Secure coding practices, remediating vulnerabilities and scanning issues.

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, and/or equivalent work experience.
2. 9+ years of experience in Production support, planning and delivery Management, Resource Management in enterprise applications.
3. Hands-on experience with .Net Core or .NET 6 backend service development and UI development using Angular or React JS.
4. Version controlling tools like Git Hub or other.
5. Hands-on experience with code quality tools like SonarQube or other.
6. Experience working in Agile methodologies and processes.
7. Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services like EKS, Dynamo DB, RDS, and Lambda.
8. Knowledge or hands-on experience with CI/CD process and automation.
9. Hands-on experience or knowledge with Docker and container technologies.
10. Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.

1. Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems.
2. 7+ years' experience in Datadog/Dynatrace monitoring tools, Angular, .NET, CI/CD - Harness/TeamCity, SonarQube, Vera Code, or WIZ.
3. Airlines industry experience.
4. Experience with PCI DSS.
5. Certified AWS Developer Associate or Solution Architect Associate.
6. Experience with Functional Programming.
