Senior Conveyancing Clerk/ Corporate Lawyer

Job Description: Senior Conveyancing Clerk - Able to handle SPA & loan files independently - Handle documentation for property loans with various financial institutions. - Familiarity with property law and banking procedures. - Maintain and manage conveyancing files from start to completion. Corporate Lawyer - Candidate with experience and knowledge of 2-5 years in corporate work, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), Dispute Resolution, etc - Good communication skills (in English and BM). - Conduct legal research, stay current on new laws and applicable regulations, and advise on potential legal issues/risks. - Provide expert legal advice on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, and governance issues. Qualifications and Requirements: Senior Conveyancing Clerk - 2-5 years of working experience in conveyancing - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills with high integrity and confidentiality in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Corporate Lawyer - Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent (those called to the Malaysian Bar shall have an added advantage but not a pre-requisite). - Able to work independently with minimum supervision, under pressure, complete assigned work within deadlines and able to multitask, prioritize daily workload, and interpersonal skill - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and management skills with high integrity and confidentiality in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
